This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Provide guidance to physicians and staff during TULSA procedures conducted at hospitals and imaging centers.
• Address unique challenges that arise in the field.
• Assist physicians in selecting TULSA-PRO patients and in the pre-treatment planning process.
• Conduct thorough post-treatment case evaluations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to offer insights and conduct field testing for new hardware and software features.
• Educate prospective customers and play a role in patient and physician educational events.
• Identify opportunities to assist current customers in extending TULSA access to more patients.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in physics or engineering, or experience in interventional procedures, or an advanced credential (RRA).
• Certification and relevant experience as an MRI technologist.
• Proficiency and experience in MRI, ideally with hands-on scanning in a clinical setting.
• Technical familiarity with medical devices in clinical, research, or industrial contexts.
• Understanding of clinical, scientific, and technical advancements in MR-guided therapeutic procedures.
• Exceptional skills in teaching and communicating complex technical and medical concepts through oral, written, and visual means.
• A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to establish credibility with stakeholders.
• A valid passport and readiness to travel 100% of the time, including nights and weekends.
• Contribute to the widespread adoption and effective use of the TULSA Procedure.
• Educate, mentor, and collaborate with urologists, radiologists, and their teams.
• Receive performance-based feedback regarding new hardware and software features.
