📋 Description

• Deliver expert-level medication therapy consultations to both patients and healthcare providers.

• Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to enhance Arine’s software platform.

• Oversee the Clinical Care support team’s operations.

• Evaluate, assess, and accurately document patient information within Arine’s software platform.

• Conduct medication reviews and provide adherence counseling during appointments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited college or university.

• Licensed Pharmacist in Virginia, maintaining good standing.

• Successful completion of a PGY-1 residency or equivalent professional experience.

• Capability to review and evaluate the appropriateness of prescribed medications.

• Strong ability to engage with patients and promote adherence to treatment plans.

• In-depth knowledge of chronic disease states.
