Clinical Pharmacist – Temp-to-Hire

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert-level medication therapy consultations to patients and healthcare providers.

• Work in collaboration with the Engineering team to enhance Arine’s software platform.

• Oversee the Clinical Care support team.

• Analyze, evaluate, and record patient data within Arine’s software platform.

• Conduct medication reviews and provide adherence counseling during appointments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.

• Licensed Pharmacist in Virginia, in good standing.

• Completion of a PGY-1 residency or equivalent experience.

• Capability to review and evaluate the appropriateness of prescriptions.

• Ability to engage with patients and promote medication adherence.

• Understanding of chronic disease conditions.
