Clinical Pharmacist – Temp-to-Hire

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert-level medication therapy consultations to patients and healthcare providers.

• Collaborate with the Engineering team and leadership to enhance Arine’s software platform.

• Oversee the Clinical Care support team.

• Evaluate, assess, and document patient information within Arine’s software platform.

• Conduct thorough and efficient medication reviews and/or adherence counseling sessions.

• Review medication assessments and counseling completed by other Virtual Pharmacist users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited college or university.

• Tennessee Licensed Pharmacist in good standing; multiple state licenses are advantageous.

• Completion of a PGY-1 residency or equivalent experience.

• Capability to review and evaluate the suitability of prescriptions.

• Ability to engage with patients, encourage adherence, and treat them with empathy and compassion.

• Knowledge of chronic conditions, including diabetes, heart failure, COPD, asthma, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, dyslipidemia, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, and thought disorders.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace and the Mac (Apple) environment.
