Clinical Pharmacist – Temp-to-Hire

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert-level medication therapy consultations to both patients and healthcare providers.

• Work collaboratively with the Engineering team and leadership to enhance Arine’s software platform.

• Oversee the Clinical Care support team.

• Evaluate, assess, and document patient information within Arine’s software platform.

• Conduct efficient and comprehensive medication reviews and/or adherence counseling sessions.

• Review completed medication assessments and counseling performed by other Virtual Pharmacist users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.

• Licensed Pharmacist in Tennessee, in good standing (having multiple state licenses is advantageous).

• Completion of a PGY-1 residency or equivalent experience.

• Capability to review and assess the appropriateness of prescriptions.

• Ability to engage with patients, encourage adherence, and provide compassionate care.

• Familiarity with chronic disease states such as diabetes, heart failure, COPD, asthma, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, dyslipidemia, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, and thought disorders.

• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace and the Mac (Apple) environment.
