Clinical Pharmacist – PRN

📋 Description

• Deliver pharmaceutical care services, including the monitoring, preparation, and dispensing of patient medication therapies.

• Assess and supervise patient medication therapies.

• Counsel the patient care team regarding enhancements to medication therapies.

• Prepare, label, and dispense medications in accordance with prescriptions.

• Maintain accurate records of dispensing and adhere to applicable laws and regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy Degree OR Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Degree.

• No prior experience is required for candidates with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree.

• Candidates with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree must have two years of pharmacy practice experience, acceptable board certification, or completion of an accredited residency program.

• Must be a licensed pharmacist or eligible to practice pharmacy in North Carolina.
