Clinical Pharmacist, NY License Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive support to both patients and healthcare providers

• Analyze and interpret clinical notes related to patient care from clinicians

• Create and enhance clinical protocols specific to diseases and medications

• Oversee patient adherence continuously across multiple locations

• Suggest alternative therapeutic drug treatments

• Manage medication therapy effectively

• Engage in direct communication with healthcare professionals

• Supervise support staff in accordance with HIPAA regulations

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or an equivalent advanced degree

• Valid Pharmacist license

• Preferably 1+ years of relevant experience

• Familiarity with the pharmacology of specialty medications

• Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Experience with EPIC/QS1/WILLOW software is advantageous
