Clinical Pharmacist – LA & MS License Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive support to both patients and healthcare providers.

• Analyze and interpret patient care documentation from clinicians.

• Create and enhance clinical protocols.

• Track ongoing adherence to patient care plans.

• Assess electronic medical records (EMR) for medication compliance.

• Suggest therapeutic drug regimens.

• Conduct medication therapy management (MTM).

• Perform clinical interventions, including thorough pharmacist consultations.

• Monitor productivity and generate reports.

• Identify and address issues related to insurance.

• Engage in communication with support staff while adhering to HIPAA regulations.

• Keep professional knowledge up-to-date by participating in educational opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or a comparable advanced degree.

• Active Pharmacist license in Louisiana and Mississippi.

• Preferably 1+ years of relevant experience.

• Extensive knowledge of specialty medication pharmacology.

• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with EPIC/QS1/WILLOW software is advantageous.
