Clinical Pharmacist – Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Ensure that quality standards are maintained by effectively managing, reviewing, and verifying medication profiles.

• Guarantee the clinical accuracy and implementation of patient prescriptions.

• Validate both hard-copy and electronic prescriptions.

• Engage with healthcare professionals, patients, and technicians through phone and email communication.

• Oversee the processing of incoming and outgoing prescription transfers.

• Ensure compliance with legal, privacy, and regulatory standards.

• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.

• Contribute to team development through leadership and follow-up in a call-center setting.

• Represent AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) is required.

• Must possess an active license in the state of residence.

• Experience in pharmacist verification work is essential.

• Expertise in clinical judgment is required.

• Previous experience with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa is advantageous.

• Flexibility in schedule is necessary.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with various partners.

• Exceptional customer care standards are a must.

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of organization are required.

• Proficient problem-solving skills are necessary.

• Must be able to multitask efficiently.

• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation are essential.

• Must be a self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.

• Ability to commute to various site locations within the designated territory is required.

• Extended hours may be necessary as needed.

• Availability outside of regular business hours on an ad-hoc basis is required.

• Travel may be necessary for special organizational or departmental events, team meetings, trade shows, conferences, and client engagements.
