Clinical Pharmacist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Guaranteeing the clinical precision and implementation of patient prescriptions

• Validation of both hard copy and digital prescriptions

• Engaging with healthcare professionals, patients, and technicians through phone and email

• Oversight and management of incoming and outgoing prescription transfers

• Ensuring adherence to all legal, privacy, and compliance standards

• Representing AnewHealth’s Core Values in all forms of communication and interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD)

• Active pharmacy license in the state of residence

• Proficiency in pharmacist verification tasks

• Expertise in Clinical Judgment

• Previous experience with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa is advantageous
