Clinical Pharmacist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Ensure the clinical accuracy and implementation of patient prescriptions.

• Confirm both hard-copy and digital prescriptions.

• Engage with healthcare professionals, patients, and technicians through phone and email communications.

• Oversee and manage incoming and outgoing prescription transfers.

• Ensure compliance with all legal, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

• Follow company policies and procedures consistently.

• Contribute to team development through leadership and follow-up in a call-center setting.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) is required.

• Must possess an active license in the state of residence.

• Experience in pharmacist verification tasks is essential.

• Demonstrated expertise in clinical judgment.

• Familiarity with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa is advantageous.

• Flexibility in work schedule is required.

• Strong work ethic with the ability to collaborate with various partners.

• Exceptional customer care standards are a must.

• High attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial.

• Proven problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

• Self-motivated with minimal supervision required.

• Must be able to travel to multiple site locations within the designated territory.

• Capability to work an average of 40 hours per week and outside of normal business hours when necessary.
