Clinical Pathology Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and provide guidance to a remote team of Clinical Pathologists situated throughout the Americas

• Cultivate a cooperative and high-achieving team environment centered on diagnostic excellence

• Mentor, coach, and develop team members while promoting ongoing education

• Address escalated customer issues and offer support in resolving intricate problems

• Oversee staffing levels and scheduling to guarantee adequate coverage

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or an equivalent qualification is essential

• Board certification in Clinical Pathology through ACVP or ECVCP is highly desirable

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required

• Proven ability to lead with optimism, accountability, and flexibility

• Extensive experience in veterinary clinical pathology and diagnostic operations is preferred

• Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
