Clinical Operations Strategy Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Design and execute initiatives aimed at optimizing clinical operations and improving care delivery across the organization's aligned areas.

• Identify strategic opportunities for improvement and set operational priorities.

• Create standardized processes and practices to enhance clinical operational effectiveness.

• Ensure alignment of operational processes with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

• Provide counsel to executives in formulating functional, often segment-specific strategies on critical issues.

• Translate analytics into actionable insights to influence and drive business outcomes.

• Report directly to the National President of MSO Operations.

• Participate as a member of the Operations leadership team.

• Travel within the Kentucky market as required.

• Exercise independent judgment when making decisions on complex issues with minimal supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.

• At least 8 years of technical experience.

• Previous experience presenting to all levels of leadership.

• Capability to translate analytics into actionable strategies and leverage data to drive business outcomes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel.

• Skill in writing queries and producing forms, reports, presentations, and documents.

• A strong commitment to continuously enhancing consumer experiences.

• Project Management or Six Sigma certification is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of project leadership experience is preferred.
