Clinical Operations Specialist, LPN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Enhance and refine clinical workflows to improve the experiences of both clinicians and patients.

• Attain proficiency in EHR systems and internal tools to develop top-tier clinical workflows and processes.

• Receive, track, and assess incoming lab results daily, adhering to the necessary escalation protocols when required.

• Collaborate with key external vendors and suppliers to facilitate the provision of lab and imaging services.

• Manage clinic phone communications, addressing calls from patients, clinicians, labs, and pharmacies.

• Work alongside pharmacy, insurance, and enterprise partners to resolve escalated patient or partner issues.

• Required on-call shifts monitoring the Critical Lab Phone Line - available 24/7.

• Prepare prior authorization requests.

• Efficiently handle and dispatch EMR Requests.

• Perform additional clinical and administrative responsibilities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a valid FL license and compact license.

• Availability to work the required schedule of Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations.

• Must be open to and capable of working a flexible schedule.

• Experience in telemedicine is preferred.

• Familiarity with Epic EMR is advantageous.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.

• Naturally prioritize tasks and manage varying deadlines with ease.

• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Able to thrive in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment, with the ability to establish priorities with minimal input from management.
