This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Join our team as a Manager of Clinical Administration – Contribute to Innovation at the Forefront
• Manage the daily oversight and responsibilities of your designated team.
• Act as a positive leader and professional role model for all clinical administration personnel.
• Offer direct coaching and development assistance to your operational teams.
• Accountable for effective resource allocation, alignment, training, and the ongoing professional and technical growth of all clinical administration personnel.
• Collaborate with senior management and executive staff in clinical operations on strategic planning and business development as necessary.
• Serve as a point of escalation for performance issues and training requirements to ensure compliance with PPD SOPs and WPDs.
• Partner with the leadership team to address resource needs.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent relevant academic/vocational qualification
• Extensive clinical research experience (equivalent to 5+ years) including remote and clinical monitoring, with exposure to all phases of the study life cycle, including start-up, interim, and close-out.
• More than 1 year of leadership experience
• In-depth knowledge of ICH GCP, applicable regulations, and PPD/Client procedural documents
• Broad experience in TMF management or clinical operations within the clinical research sector
• Proficient in electronic TMF systems and document/data management tools, with an emphasis on audit readiness
• Advanced understanding of all phases of clinical trials, particularly study start-up, maintenance, and close-out
• Strong skills in managing, motivating, and mentoring team members
• Ability to analyze and manage the clinical administration aspects of Business Development bids and contracts for multiple studies within specific divisions/offices
• Solid knowledge of budgets, projects, and metrics
• Capability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, meet strict deadlines, and operate effectively in high-pressure situations
• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Willingness to travel if necessary.
