Clinical Operations Manager – Country Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

• Establish our market presence.

• Formulate and implement the strategy for country expansion.

• Act as the company's representative in the local clinical research sector.

• Cultivate relationships with key investigators, healthcare institutions, sponsors, CROs, and other industry partners.

• Discover opportunities to enhance our presence and drive business growth.

• Develop a robust network of investigators.

• Identify, assess, and onboard investigator sites.

• Propel business development.

• Manage the effective execution of clinical trials nationwide.

• Track operational performance and proactively address challenges.

• Recruit, mentor, and nurture the clinical operations team as the business expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related discipline.

• 8–12+ years of experience in clinical research.

• Proven background in a leadership capacity within a CRO, SMO, or sponsoring organization.

• Demonstrated success in launching or scaling operations within a country or region.

• Extensive knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial regulations, and study execution.

• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in business-level English and fluency in the local language.
