Clinical Operations Manager – Country Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Establish our market presence.

• Formulate and implement the strategy for country expansion.

• Represent the organization within the local clinical research sector.

• Cultivate relationships with key investigators, healthcare institutions, sponsors, CROs, and other industry players.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance our presence and grow the business.

• Identify, assess, and onboard investigator sites.

• Forge long-term partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and investigators.

• Oversee the effective execution of clinical trials nationwide.

• Recruit, mentor, and nurture the clinical operations team as the business expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related discipline.

• 8–12+ years of experience in clinical research.

• Proven leadership experience within a CRO, SMO, or sponsor organization.

• Demonstrated success in launching or scaling operations in a country or region.

• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, clinical trial regulations, and study execution.

• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.

• Proficient in business-level English and fluent in the local language.
