• Track trial progress and performance indicators, offering insights to guide decision-making and promote continuous enhancement.

• Guide and develop junior team members, encouraging teamwork and excellence within the group.

• Establish robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication within clinical operations.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience in managing clinical operations.

• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Prior experience in a similar role is essential.

• Strong leadership abilities to inspire and manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven capability to influence stakeholders and achieve successful outcomes.

• Willingness to travel internationally as needed, approximately 50% of the time.
