📋 Description

• Lead the operational planning and implementation of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols and timelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance trial design and improve operational efficiency throughout the clinical development process.

• Track trial progress and performance metrics, offering insights to guide decision-making and promote continuous improvement.

• Establish strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication across clinical operations.

• Supervise the execution of clinical trials to ensure they are carried out efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate the delivery of clinical operations, address issues, and enhance team capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience in overseeing clinical operations.

• Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Strong leadership abilities, with a knack for motivating and managing teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Demonstrated capacity to influence stakeholders and achieve successful outcomes.

• Willingness to travel internationally as needed, approximately 30% of the time.
