This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will provide daily email support to our expanding therapist network, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver high-quality clinical care to our members.
• You will serve as a point of escalation for complex inquiries from customers and therapists to facilitate quality improvement, organizing cross-functional teams as necessary to address any escalations.
• You will be responsible for auditing qualitative, quantitative, and/or episodic data, delivering fair, actionable, and constructive clinical feedback to therapists.
• You will oversee the clinical capabilities and relevant work experience of therapists applying to join the BetterHelp platform.
• You will proactively reach out to and maintain effective communication with therapists to gather feedback, enhance satisfaction, and reduce churn.
• You will learn to articulate new product ideas and/or enhancements to existing product features for our Clinical Product Liaison team, collaborating with them to implement these ideas.
• You will keep abreast of the regulatory landscape, with guidance from our Legal Team and Provider Network Team, clearly communicating changes within the organization to ensure compliance with mental health ethical and legal standards.
• You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Department and participate in public speaking events, media interviews, and appear on BetterHelp's social media platforms.
• You will assist with QA efforts as BetterHelp enters the insurance marketplace.
• You may provide peer consultation, training, or Slack support to International Clinical Operations Consultants in our global markets.
• A graduate degree (Masters or Doctorate) in counseling, psychology, or social work.
• At least 1 year of good-standing experience as a BetterHelp therapist within the last 2 years.
• Analytical and metrics-driven, with a demonstrated history of making data-informed decisions.
• Ability to understand and respect various therapeutic approaches, even those that differ from your own preferred methods.
• Excellent communication skills, including public speaking capabilities.
• Comfortable and skilled in participating in media interviews and appearing on BetterHelp's social media channels.
• Possess a growth mindset, thriving in a data-driven, customer-focused environment.
• Willingness to work weekends as required.
