Clinical Operations Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist Clinical Trial Management Associates (CTMAs) and Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) in the execution of trial operations.

• Monitor trial documentation and perform Trial Master File (TMF) activities, which include uploading, indexing, and ensuring quality verification.

• Guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Input and manage essential trial data within internal systems.

• Keep operational trackers updated.

• Create operational reports and presentation materials for updates on clinical trials.

• Support CRAs/monitors with their daily administrative and operational tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be an active student.

• Ideally pursuing a degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field in Life Sciences.

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience with graphic design tools like Canva is preferred.

• Basic understanding of AI tools.

• Strong command of English, with a minimum proficiency of B2 level.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Keen attention to detail.
