Clinical Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Clinical and Operational leaders to enhance clinician satisfaction and achieve operational excellence.

• Oversee clinician communication channels, address and respond to inquiries or escalations, and direct them to the relevant teams.

• Ensure resolution of issues by closing the loop once they are settled.

• Process changes in provider preferences to guarantee appropriate patient-provider pairings.

• Manage provider exits along with related mass and individual patient transfers to aid in retention efforts.

• Organize onboarding meetings for newly hired clinicians and implement the onboarding checklist.

• Assist with scheduling for Chief Psychiatrists and Nurse Practitioner Directors.

• Execute one-off projects and prepare materials for key meetings.

• Proactive and responsive in follow-through.

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving plans and priorities.

• Exceptional customer service capabilities.

• High level of organizational knowledge.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs); experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S.; Talkiatry participates in E-Verify.
