This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +8 more states.
• Coordinate, assist, and continuously enhance clinical workflows, provider schedules, onboarding and offboarding procedures, as well as platform troubleshooting to guarantee a seamless care delivery experience.
• Analyze clinical dashboards for ongoing improvement and quality assurance.
• Assess and distribute weekly clinical dashboards.
• Organize clinicians’ calendars, ensuring they align with patient appointments, supervision meetings, and other necessary or optional gatherings.
• Oversee clinician schedules to ensure productivity and proper time and calendar management practices. Identify areas for improvement in calendar management and share insights and recommendations with clinicians and clinical leaders.
• Assist in facilitating patient transfers as required, ensuring a smooth process for both clinicians and patients.
• Resolve technical issues efficiently by troubleshooting EHR systems and business platforms.
• Provide enrollment assistance, access troubleshooting, and account information management for our EHR to clinicians.
• Support onboarding by training and assisting new clinicians.
• Complete patient charts with the necessary documentation and notifications.
• Regularly review the Website Directory of providers and escalate any discrepancies or updates needed to the Clinical Operations Supervisor.
• Continuously assess workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure they align with organizational priorities, improve operational efficiency, and uphold high-quality standards.
• Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Educational Background: Degree in healthcare, business, operations, or compliance is preferred
• A minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare setting, business operations, and clinical provider roles
• A strong desire to evaluate processes and collaborate on effective solutions
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with navigating change, shifting priorities, and adapting to evolving workflows
• Ability to build partnerships and cultivate collaborative relationships within the organization
• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently
