This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Onboarding Partner is a strategic role focused on building relationships and is responsible for overseeing the complete onboarding process for clinical hires, from the time of signed agreement through their transition into operations in Week 1.
• This position evaluates clinician readiness, identifies and escalates potential onboarding and rescind-risk indicators, addresses barriers to starting, and ensures clinicians are fully prepared to commence practice at LifeStance.
• The role handles a significant caseload that spans various specialties, onboarding stages, timelines, and state-specific requirements, while tailoring support based on clinician experience, onboarding complexity, readiness indicators, and operational risks.
• Acting as the primary onboarding partner for clinicians throughout their onboarding journey, this role collaborates with Recruiting, Credentialing, HR Operations, Clinical Operations, Learning & Development, Compliance, and Technology to facilitate progress, resolve complex issues, maintain clinician engagement, and support operational readiness during the transition into practice.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical onboarding, provider onboarding, healthcare operations, credentialing coordination, talent operations, or related functions within the healthcare workforce.
• Experience in managing complex, high-volume workflows within a healthcare setting, multi-site environment, or similarly fast-paced context, dealing with competing priorities and multiple operational dependencies.
• Proven experience in coordinating onboarding efforts among various stakeholders, operational teams, systems, and stages, with sound judgment in identifying risks, barriers, and escalation necessities.
• Familiarity with navigating HRIS, ATS, CRM, or onboarding workflow systems.
• Demonstrated ability to organize, analyze, and communicate onboarding data, readiness updates, and operational risks to facilitate reporting, workforce visibility, and informed leadership decision-making.
• Proven track record in managing multiple timelines, competing priorities, and operational demands while ensuring accuracy and consistency in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to convey information clearly to clinicians, operational leaders, and internal stakeholders.
