This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Travel approximately 50% of the time for in-person interactions with customers alongside Natera commercial representatives and/or medical affairs team members to deliver clinical knowledge and support for Prospera.
• Offer comprehensive education and assistance to transplant coordinators and allied health professionals regarding the advantages of implementing routine transplant rejection monitoring, particularly through the use of Prospera.
• Collaborate with MSLs and medical directors to provide additional information to healthcare providers related to Natera products.
• Engage in ongoing education in organ transplantation to sustain scientific and clinical proficiency.
• Support active clinical trial and research projects at academic institutions and/or study sites in partnership with the MSL team.
• Execute other assigned responsibilities as needed.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a transplant coordinator.
• At least 5 years of nursing experience.
• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• An RN License is required in one or more states.
• Certification as a Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC) is preferred.
• Experience with national organ transplant committees or organizations is preferred (e.g., NATCO, UNOS, ITNS).
