Clinical Marketplace Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the daily tactical workflow involved in preparing APPs and their related matches.

• Enhance the placement of Physicians and APPs within our partner networks.

• Manage the complete board submission process, including terminations.

• Oversee the lifecycle of collaborative practice and medical director agreements.

• Lead and mentor a dedicated offshore team.

• Continuously seek opportunities to automate manual processes within the matching pipelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, provider network management, or clinical workforce operations.

• Direct experience with provider credentialing, board submissions, or collaborative practice agreements.

• Knowledge of state-specific regulatory requirements governing APP and Physician practice.

• Experience managing remote or offshore teams, including workflow design and quality auditing.

• Proven ability to maintain data integrity across complex operational systems; experience with credentialing platforms, EHRs, or practice management tools is preferred.

• Strong process orientation with previous experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.

• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with a history of working across clinical, operational, and administrative teams.

• Background in healthcare administration, business operations, or a related field is preferred.
