This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• This role is tasked with the creation and implementation of strategic clinical marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing the adoption of da Vinci procedures within prioritized specialties and targeted procedures in India.
• The position collaborates closely with commercial teams to convert market insights into programs that boost surgeon awareness, da Vinci utilization, and advocacy.
• The individual will spearhead market comprehension through field immersion, customer insight generation, segmentation, persona development, and value messaging.
• This position is expected to develop scalable clinical marketing programs and assets, engage with external surgeons, society leaders, and care teams, and work collaboratively across functions including sales, training, clinical affairs, market access, legal, regulatory, and compliance to achieve measurable business outcomes in a dynamic environment.
• Over 5 years of cumulative experience in sales and/or marketing roles within a medical device or healthcare setting.
• Strong comprehension of healthcare ecosystems, surgical procedures, and customer journeys, along with a proven capability to translate insights into marketing programs focused on adoption.
• Proven expertise in strategic thinking, project management, prioritization, and execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders and foster long-term relationships.
• Willingness to travel extensively within India; international travel may also be necessary.
• A bachelor's degree is required; a degree in life sciences, healthcare, analytics, or a related discipline is preferred.
• An MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
