Clinical Manager, Temp

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a clinical resource for employees, clients, and internal stakeholders.

• Create detailed clinical resources and educational materials for both internal teams and external clients.

• Engage in training and educational initiatives as required.

• Lead the creation, updating, and educational initiatives of policies to ensure adherence to best practices.

• Contribute to team efforts concerning data review, process enhancement, and reporting.

• Employ informatics tools and methodologies to optimize workflows and elevate quality outcomes.

• Support regulatory and compliance activities.

• Ensure compliance with the Board of Nursing regulations.

• Address clinical concerns and escalations related to traveling clinicians.

• Collaborate with hospital clients to facilitate and oversee performance improvement plans for traveling staff.

• Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance clinical operations.

• Travel as necessary for client visits to fortify partnerships and support business development.

• Contribute to monthly newsletters and communication initiatives for healthcare travelers.

• Develop and implement policies governing clinical competency, evaluation, and training of clinical personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree from an accredited nursing program or an allied health profession.

• A current, valid professional license or certification in the relevant field.

• At least 7 years of clinical experience in an acute care or relevant healthcare environment.

• A minimum of 3 years in progressive leadership roles within healthcare settings.

• Recent experience in a healthcare facility (within the last 3 years).

• Knowledge of the healthcare travel industry and candidate credentialing processes (preferred).

• Training in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies (preferred).
