Clinical Lead Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee global, multi-center clinical research initiatives across various therapeutic areas.

• Ensure timely delivery of clinical research projects while adhering to budgetary constraints and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Direct and coordinate cross-functional project teams.

• Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to project team members.

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients regarding all project-related matters.

• Participate in bid defense meetings and assist in the preparation of proposals and client presentations.

• Apply company-standard practices and ensure compliance with internal departmental procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent experience in clinical research as a project manager or in a comparable role, such as Clinical Trial Manager or Clinical Study Team Lead.

• Experience in global or regional clinical project management, including oversight of all project services from initiation to completion.

• Preferred therapeutic experience in oncology and/or gastrointestinal conditions, such as IBD, ulcerative colitis, or Crohn's disease.

• Experience in managing Phase II and III clinical projects is preferred.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related fields, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capable of cultivating strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficient in confident negotiation.

• Strong skills in team building, resource allocation, and organization.
