Clinical Lead Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Oversee global, multi-center clinical research initiatives across diverse therapeutic domains.

• Ensure the timely delivery of clinical research projects while adhering to budget constraints and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams.

• Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to project team members.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all project-related issues.

• Participate in bid defense meetings.

• Engage in proposal development and deliver client presentations.

• Apply company standard practices and adhere to intradepartmental procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent experience in clinical research as a project manager or in a similar role, such as Clinical Trial Manager or Clinical Study Team Lead.

• Experience managing clinical projects on a global or regional scale, covering all project services from initiation to closure.

• Preferred therapeutic experience in oncology, gastrointestinal disorders, inflammatory bowel disease, ulcerative colitis, or Crohn's disease.

• Experience in managing Phase II and III clinical trials is preferred.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or a related field, or an equivalent mix of education, training, and experience.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capable of fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Possess confident negotiation skills.

• Strong team-building, resource management, and organizational capabilities.
