Clinical Lead – Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee clinical trials from initiation to completion.

• Lead the selection of sites and conduct feasibility assessments in collaboration with CRAs and investigators.

• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for studies.

• Provide oversight for protocol implementation, site initiation, monitoring, and overall study progress.

• Collaborate effectively with sponsors, investigators, internal teams, and project groups.

• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), FDA regulations, and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Train and mentor Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and site personnel.

• Ensure adherence to protocols and maintain data integrity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in renal clinical trials.

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related discipline (RN preferred) with relevant industry experience.

• 1–2 years of experience as a Clinical Trial Manager or Clinical Lead.

• Strong background in monitoring and site management.

• Preferably experience in oncology or other complex medical indications.

• CCRA or CCRP certification is highly preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and best practices in clinical trials.

• Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder relationships.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
