This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Conduct visits to local providers and clinics to enhance the quality of care for members
• Execute chart audits
• Collaborate with quality improvement personnel, building and sustaining professional working relationships
• Analyze data, ascertain facts, and formulate valid conclusions
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare sector
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in California
• Familiarity with quality improvement theories, strategies, and practical approaches to achieve rapid-cycle improvement
• Strong oral and written communication abilities
• Capability to perform HEDIS medical record data abstraction
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• A graduate degree in a healthcare or management-related discipline is preferred (e.g., MBA, MPH)
