This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate live virtual training sessions for VA clinicians across various specialties, including physicians, NPs, PAs, pharmacists, and mental health providers.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to enhance capabilities among Site POCs and Clinical Champions.
• Lead virtual office hours and Q&A sessions, offering just-in-time support and opportunities for peer learning.
• Provide individualized coaching for clinicians facing challenges with adoption or complex workflow situations.
• Tailor training delivery to meet the needs of different audiences (primary care vs specialty, tech-savvy vs novice users).
• Coordinate training schedules in collaboration with Site POCs and VA Training Management System (TMS) administrators.
• Monitor training attendance, completion rates, and participant satisfaction scores.
• Collect feedback from training attendees to guide ongoing improvements.
• Assist in updating training materials in response to product revisions and user insights.
• Support the integration of Knowtex training within VA's formal education framework (ILEAD, TMS).
• Identify and recruit Site Champions to expedite adoption within their facilities.
• Formulate engagement strategies for Champions and offer continuous mentorship.
• Facilitate peer learning sessions where successful users share their best practices.
• Establish and maintain a community of practice for Clinical Champions.
• Act as a trusted clinical contact for VA clinicians, Site POCs, and department leaders.
• Conduct clinical workflow assessments at VA sites to pinpoint integration opportunities and challenges.
• Provide specialty-specific advice on the incorporation of ambient AI into clinical documentation processes.
• Address clinical inquiries and concerns from frontline providers with empathy and clinical credibility.
• Develop targeted interventions for users who have not activated or recorded within anticipated timeframes.
• Document effective adoption strategies and disseminate them across the implementation team.
• Monitor user engagement metrics, including 30-day active users, recording frequency, and sustained usage rates.
• An active clinical license (RN, NP, PA, PharmD, or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years of direct patient care experience.
• A solid understanding of clinical documentation requirements, EHR workflows, and medical decision-making processes.
• Preference given to candidates with experience in the VA healthcare system (VistA/CPRS or Cerner/Oracle Health).
• Familiarity with various clinical specialties and care environments.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, medical-legal documentation standards, and quality assurance requirements.
• 2-3+ years of experience in developing or delivering clinical education or healthcare IT training.
• Comfortable presenting to groups ranging from 5 to over 100 participants.
• Proficiency with virtual training platforms such as Zoom, Teams, or WebEx.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and levels of technical proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
