This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Collaborates with internal multi-disciplinary teams, including pharmacy, technical, and project management members.
• Manages clinical project tasks, timelines, milestones, and communicates project status to key stakeholders.
• Engages with clinical stakeholders within the healthcare system.
• Develops and nurtures executive and departmental relationships with nurses, physicians, and other clinicians at client sites.
• Conducts Infusion Systems Assessment alongside customers to identify specific clinical practices/workflows, potential workflow improvement opportunities, and clinical guidance for product configurations.
• Advises sales teams on tubing cross-references for both dedicated and non-dedicated sets.
• Provides direct clinical, customer-facing support for Fresenius Kabi’s infusion products throughout all implementation phases.
• Schedules, prepares, coordinates, and facilitates training for Fresenius Kabi’s customer clinicians (users, super users, and peer-based training) on the proper use of our IV Therapy products.
• Communicates and escalates risks, concerns, and customer issues to the project manager, internal clinical team, and senior leadership.
• Leads clinical initiatives for product integration with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) partners on customer projects.
• Utilizes knowledge of clinical workflows, customer feedback, and healthcare expertise to enhance practices and assist clients in creating customized solutions.
• Ensures client satisfaction through timely follow-up, responsiveness, and effective communication.
• Manages multiple implementations simultaneously and coordinates efforts across them.
• Provides ongoing clinical support to customers.
• Assists with sales support during device demonstrations and pump fairs as directed by implementation leaders.
• Completes all training requirements, including department-specific and compliance training.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a related degree with a current RN license.
• At least 5 years of RN experience.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in providing education and/or training in a clinical setting.
• RN license must be maintained throughout employment.
• Direct patient care experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with FDA compliance is a plus.
• Prior experience in implementing medical device products is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Extensive experience working with healthcare customers.
• Background in providing professional services within clinical environments.
• EMR/EHR integration experience (Epic, Cerner, Meditech).
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance for medical devices is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment while multitasking and being hands-on.
• Proven success in building strong working relationships with internal departments and external customers.
• Strong presentation skills paired with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities (both verbal and written).
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with other database/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce.com).
