Clinical Excellence Manager

📋 Description

• Acts as the main point of contact for designated customers, facilitating ongoing engagement, responsiveness to clinical needs, and daily program execution.

• Provides hands-on clinical execution assistance for designated customer accounts, encompassing program implementation, go-lives, training, and post-implementation follow-up in acute, post-acute, and home settings.

• Offers clinical application support and clinician education regarding the Tablo Hemodialysis System, ensuring customers are prepared to manage a safe, effective, and compliant dialysis program.

• Prepares for and participates in Clinical Business Reviews (CBRs) for assigned accounts by collecting pertinent clinical and operational data, aiding in data presentations, and engaging in performance discussions that align with site strategic priorities with customer stakeholders.

• Conducts regular site visits to support program adoption, reinforce clinical best practices, and identify opportunities for enhancing care quality, workflow efficiency, and overall program performance.

• Actively collaborates with case management and discharge planning to improve patient flow and throughput as necessary.

• Partners with Sales, Service, Clinical, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure coordinated customer execution and address customer requirements.

• Engages in internal escalation processes when customer issues arise, providing support for investigation, communication, and resolution in partnership with internal colleagues.

• Ensures that all assigned customers maintain adequate consumable inventory to guarantee treatment continuity and enhance workflow efficiency to boost utilization.

• Reviews, revises, and refines programmatic offerings by utilizing the latest research and best practices.

• Maintains a comprehensive understanding of Outset products, clinical programs, policies, and procedures, consistently applying this knowledge during customer interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing.

• 2+ years of experience in dialysis or a related field.

• Knowledge of compliance regulations and standards.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Familiarity with developing business plans and ROI.

• Knowledge of the health system accreditation process.

• Understanding of process and quality improvement principles.

• Competent in translating data and analytics into actionable plans.

• Eager to leverage clinical expertise to further business objectives.
