Clinical Engagement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily interactions within designated clinician networks to ensure high engagement levels, quality discussions, and clinical relevance.

• Partner with medical societies, pharmaceutical firms, and medical device organizations to coordinate initiatives and projects focused on clinical engagement.

• Assist in the creation and distribution of content to guarantee that pertinent, evidence-based materials are available to the clinician community.

• Execute outreach activities such as webinars, workshops, and training sessions to highlight platform features and enhance clinical education.

• Monitor and report on engagement metrics, aiding in ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, sales, and clinical engagement management, to align strategies and enhance user satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, clinical operations, or related fields with direct clinician interaction.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively engage a diverse range of healthcare professionals.

• Capable of managing multiple projects and collaborating across teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Understanding of clinical settings, medical terminology, and healthcare industry trends.

• Proficient with digital tools and platforms, with a quick aptitude for learning new technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, communications, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience with medical societies, pharmaceutical, or medical device companies is advantageous.

• A demonstrated commitment to enhancing clinician collaboration and education.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Must be based in the U.S. and possess work authorization.
