Clinical Enablement Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Analyze clinical documentation samples provided by users and convert them into top-notch Heidi-compatible templates and forms.

• Collaborate with Customer Success and Go-to-Market teams to grasp clinical needs and create templates and forms during the onboarding process.

• Assist with regular account health assessments by reviewing usage and identifying unsafe or non-compliant templates.

• Raise clinical safety concerns to the Clinical Safety and product teams.

• Facilitate workshops focused on templates and forms.

• Contribute to the content and guides for the Learning Management System (LMS) to support clinician and internal-team self-service.

• Manage user inquiries in Intercom by triaging and providing responses.

• Investigate unusual cases and report trends and insights to Clinical Safety and product teams.

• Balance workload across different regions, account tiers, and urgency levels.

• Enhance product knowledge across various specialties, settings, workflows, and international locations.

• Utilize AI and software tools to enhance work efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Early-career professionals in medical, nursing, allied health, mental health, veterinary, or dental fields.

• A clinical background is mandatory; non-clinical applicants will not be considered.

• Capability to quickly learn Heidi's product and work independently with a high level of accountability.

• Excellent attention to detail and dependable output under workload pressure.

• Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Good judgment that extends beyond merely following established protocols.

• Comfort with ambiguity and a drive to refine processes.

• Genuine enthusiasm for Heidi's mission and the role of AI in healthcare.

• Previous experience with Notion, Loom, Intercom, ChatGPT, or Claude is a plus but not essential.

• Must have the legal right to work in the specified location.
