This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Conduct virtual calls focused on clinical education with members regarding health topics within your expertise, such as fertility, hormonal health, pregnancy, menopause, family health, and men's health.
• Facilitate group webinars and workshops in your areas of specialization, supported by Vira’s staff.
• Address general health inquiries through asynchronous messaging on a non-urgent basis.
• Provide evidence-based health information, lifestyle recommendations, and self-management strategies.
• Collaborate with Vira Care Advocates (Navigator/Coaches) to assist members in locating clinical care and facilitating appropriate referrals.
• Develop educational content for the Member Zone, including articles, care plans, videos, and materials for webinars.
• Review existing content for clinical accuracy, incorporating relevant new evidence and practice guidelines.
• Create educational materials that are culturally sensitive and suitable for diverse audiences.
• Work with Vira resources to ensure the effective translation of complex medical information into accessible content for members.
• Guarantee that all educational materials meet regulatory standards across various markets.
• Engage in clinical quality improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of clinical pathways and protocols for member education.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other clinicians, product teams, and operations.
• A qualified healthcare professional with credentials as a Registered Nurse (RN), Registered/Certified Midwife (RM, CNM), Medical Doctor, Physician Assistant, Clinical Psychologist, or equivalent.
• Possess a current active license/registration in good standing in the country of practice.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in women's health (OB/GYN, maternal health, reproductive health, menopause care, or a related specialty).
• Familiarity with virtual/telehealth platforms and remote patient engagement.
• Comprehensive knowledge of women's health throughout the lifespan, from fertility to menopause.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex medical concepts in simple terms.
• Demonstrate cultural humility and a sincere commitment to health equity.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.
• Proficient with digital health platforms and video conferencing tools.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities.
