This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
β’ Conduct virtual educational calls focused solely on health topics within your areas of expertise, such as fertility, hormonal health, pregnancy, menopause, family health, and men's health.
β’ Facilitate group webinars and workshops in your specialized fields, supported by Viraβs staff.
β’ Address general health inquiries through asynchronous messaging on a non-urgent basis.
β’ Provide evidence-based health information, lifestyle advice, and strategies for self-management.
β’ Collaborate with Vira Care Advocates (Navigators/Coaches) to assist members in locating clinical care and facilitate appropriate referrals.
β’ Develop educational content for the Member Zone, including articles, care plans, videos, and materials for webinars.
β’ Review existing content to ensure clinical accuracy and incorporate relevant new evidence and practice guidelines.
β’ Create educational materials that are culturally sensitive and suitable for audiences from diverse backgrounds and geographies.
β’ Work alongside Vira resources to verify the translation of complex medical information into content that is accessible to members.
β’ Ensure all educational materials adhere to regulatory standards across various markets.
β’ Engage in clinical quality improvement initiatives.
β’ Contribute to the development of clinical pathways and educational protocols for members.
β’ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other clinicians, product teams, and operations.
β’ Registered Nurse (RN), Registered/Certified Midwife (RM, CNM), Medical Doctor, Physician Assistant, or an equivalent licensed healthcare professional qualification.
β’ Current active license/registration in good standing in your country of practice.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in women's health (OB/GYN, maternal health, reproductive health, menopause care, or a related specialty) based in the Republic of Ireland.
β’ Familiarity with virtual/telehealth platforms and remote patient engagement.
β’ Strong understanding of women's health throughout the lifespan (from fertility to menopause).
β’ Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex medical concepts into plain language.
β’ A commitment to cultural humility and health equity.
β’ Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
β’ Proficient with digital health platforms and video conferencing tools.
β’ Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills.
