This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Conduct in-services across the entire patient monitoring range.
• Offer practical clinical application training in various hospital departments and care environments.
• Evaluate educational needs within nursing units and specialties.
• Assist with system installations by analyzing customer workflows.
• Provide on-site clinical assistance during implementation events.
• Carry out follow-up visits and ongoing phone support to reinforce training.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clinical personnel and internal teams.
• Deliver on-call clinical assistance via the technical support line.
• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license from a recognized institution.
• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred; an alternative nursing degree will be accepted with 5 or more years of nursing experience.
• 2–3 years of current nursing experience utilizing cardiac monitoring in acute care environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of advanced cardiac arrhythmias, hemodynamics, and cardiac output monitoring.
• Experience in educating fellow nurses through staff development, preceptorship, or formal training programs is highly preferred.
