Clinical Educator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Facilitate in-service training across the entire patient monitoring range, customizing education to fit customer workflows, clinical settings, and learning requirements.

• Offer practical clinical application training throughout various hospital departments and care environments.

• Evaluate educational needs across nursing units and specialties, adapting instruction as necessary.

• Assist with system installations by identifying customer workflows and configuration requirements.

• Provide on-site clinical support during go-live events and final implementations.

• Conduct follow-up visits and ongoing phone support to reinforce training and encourage long-term product adoption.

• Maintain strong, trusted relationships with clinical staff and leadership at client locations.

• Act as a clinical liaison between clients and internal teams, including Technical Support, Service, and Systems Solutions.

• Offer on-call clinical support through the technical support line, adhering to established escalation and documentation protocols (on-call rotation commences after one year in the position).

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license from an accredited institution.

• A BSN is preferred; an alternative nursing degree is acceptable with over 5 years of nursing experience.

• 2–3 years of active nursing experience in acute care settings utilizing cardiac monitoring.

• In-depth understanding of advanced cardiac arrhythmias, hemodynamics, Swan-Ganz, and cardiac output monitoring.

• Experience in educating fellow nurses through staff development, preceptorship, or formal training programs is highly preferred.
