
Clinical Education Specialist – MidSouth Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +3 more states.
• Provide clinical education and practical training to healthcare professionals on Aquadex therapy and its associated products.
• Assist in the implementation of therapy, promote utilization growth, and enhance customer engagement within designated accounts.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers to foster territory growth and increase prescriber adoption.
• Conduct therapy evaluations and offer clinical advice in accordance with product labeling and established best practices.
• Address clinical and product-related inquiries in real time.
• Aid healthcare providers in identifying suitable patients for therapy.
• Facilitate engaging product demonstrations and in-service educational programs.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clinicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Organize customer meetings, training sessions, and clinical support requirements across the territory.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• A minimum of 5 years of pertinent clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a direct patient care role.
• Strong clinical expertise in acute care settings.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Capability to fulfill hospital vendor credentialing requirements.
• BSN or advanced nursing/healthcare degree (preferred).
• Experience in ICU, CVICU, Heart Failure, Dialysis, Emergency Department, or other critical care settings (preferred).
• Previous experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
• Experience in delivering clinical education or training for medical devices in hospital environments (preferred).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities (preferred).
• Capacity to adapt swiftly in a dynamic, field-based environment (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (preferred).
• Base salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 plus commission.
• Quarterly commission payouts.
