This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement a thorough clinical education strategy for the Surgical (GYN/L&D) and Specialty sectors.
• Identify, cultivate, and sustain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for educational initiatives, content creation, and peer-to-peer training.
• Establish and nurture connections with professional medical societies in the GYN and Specialty fields, including Plastics, Head & Neck, and ENT.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Professional Education teams on virtual webinars and multi-channel educational programs.
• Develop content for fellowship and residency training, including eLearning modules and curricula for medical trainees.
• Create training playbooks and supporting documentation for field teams to implement in-person hands-on training.
• Oversee scheduling, contracting, logistics, and on-site assistance for physician trainers and faculty members.
• Manage analytics related to the education function and consistently assess program performance and effectiveness.
• Evaluate and report on procedural adoption linked to educational initiatives.
• Set KPIs and create reporting dashboards for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure that educational programs and materials adhere to regulatory, legal, and compliance standards.
• Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Qualtrics, Smartsheet, and similar business applications; advanced skills are preferred.
• Familiarity with registration platforms such as CVENT.
• Capability to utilize and produce documents using Canva.
• Excellent presentation abilities.
• At least 3 years of experience in a medical education role, ideally in the medical devices, surgical, or specialty sectors.
• A proven history of creating and implementing educational strategies that yield measurable business outcomes.
• Proficient with learning management systems (LMS), data analytics/reporting tools, and common business applications.
• Experience in developing KOL relationships and collaborating with professional medical societies is preferred.
• Background in creating eLearning content and/or training curricula is preferred.
• Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
• Capability to occasionally handle trainers weighing between 50–80 lbs in pelican cases.
• Ability to work in laboratory environments that may involve porcine and cadaveric models.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for field-based educational programs, education grants, and quarterly corporate meetings; travel is expected to be between 50–60%.
