📋 Description

• Ensures the creation and execution of clinical innovation and education initiatives through both internal and external channels for Quantum Rehab and Stealth products, strengthening relationships with providers and clinicians.

• Collaborates closely with Inside and Field Sales teams to develop and produce clinical sales-related content and materials that enhance the education and knowledge of the Quantum Rehab and Stealth Products teams, as well as members of the rehabilitation community nationwide.

• Augments the clinical presence and resources across all channels to maximize Quantum Rehab’s impact while showcasing product and industry advancements.

• Cultivates and maintains strong presentation skills on all Pride and Quantum-related product lines, which encompass Power Bases, Power Positioning, Electronics, Stealth Products, Accessories, and Seating.

• Engages in strategic travel throughout the country to support Rehab Product Specialists and Regional Managers, aiming to boost Quantum Rehab and Stealth growth opportunities with providers and clinicians.

• Supports the Quantum Rehab Leadership teams by delivering education, training, and guidance to enhance the effectiveness of the Sales team in each region’s leading facilities and referral sources.

• Ensures appropriate content creation and distribution of Quantum educational materials, including but not limited to resource guides, product presentations, and clinical presentations.

• Develops content and regularly updates Quantum Rehab and Stealth educational and marketing materials, videos, and instruction guides for the Learning Management System (LMS), SharePoint, and other channels utilized to improve communication and knowledge among our Quantum Rehab and Stealth employees.

• Collaborates with various internal teams and seeks external opportunities to ensure maximum Return on Investment (ROI) through effective outreach and collaborations while continuing to advance referral sources.

• Educates and supports the Sales teams by implementing tools to engage referral sources and clinicians, ensuring Quantum Rehab is recognized as the leading supporting manufacturer.

• Partners with industry publications and trade journals for writing opportunities that represent Pride and Quantum Rehab.

• Works closely with Quantum Rehab Leadership teams to identify territories that require improvement.

• Assists Quantum Rehab Sales Leadership in developing products, processes, and clinical training programs for Field and Corporate Sales/Service teams, as well as providers and facilities across the territory.

• Develops and maintains robust presentation skills on all Quantum Rehab and Stealth product lines, including power bases, power positioning, electronics, Stealth products, accessories, and seating.

• Collaborates with the Education Department (commonly known as Pride Learning Institute) to oversee the training and development of presentations and materials for annual activities, ensuring all presenters are adequately trained and prepared.

• Ensures strict adherence to safety and security protocols and promptly reports any accidents, incidents, or injuries to management.

• Completes the Annual CTPAT Security Training.

• Assigns, trains, and develops consultants based on their experience and departmental objectives.

• Establishes goals and objectives and measures outcomes to ensure targets are achieved.

• Emphasizes continuous improvement and consistently demonstrates sound business judgment.

• Works effectively with all Pride departments to exceed both internal and external expectations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a friendly team player, self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, and honest.

• Must have the ability to:

• Manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.

• Collaborate closely with an internal creative team.

• Guide, direct, and inspire team members.

• Travel up to 2 weeks per month and spend a minimum of 3 days at the Corporate Headquarters facility at least twice a year.

• Lift/Push/Pull weights of up to 50 lbs.

• Must possess:

• An unwavering drive for advancement and ongoing improvement.

• Exceptional proficiency in presenting to diverse audience groups through PowerPoint and videos.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong web navigation skills.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Physical or Occupational Therapist with direct patient contact, including at least 3 years of direct, in-person experience with the complex rehab technology evaluation process for end users in a wheelchair seating clinic and/or as a complex rehab technology provider.
