This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Propel the advancement of the post-trial pipeline by actively eliminating obstacles and ensuring timely progression.
• Collect medical records and prescriptions from healthcare providers.
• Keep precise client records within HubSpot CRM, adhering to internal procedures.
• Gather essential information to facilitate pipeline advancement.
• Organize documents utilizing Adobe and internal software applications.
• Diligently and promptly document activities and communications using company internal software tools.
• Maintain consistent communication with Speech Language Pathologists, clients, care providers, and prescribers.
• Assist in the complete sales process, acknowledging timely documentation submission and customer satisfaction as crucial elements of revenue generation.
• Proficient in English with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, required.
• Outstanding customer service skills and professionalism.
• Highly organized.
• Capacity to interpret medical documentation and assess its sufficiency for insurance approval and reimbursement.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities effectively.
• Proficient and comfortable with making and receiving numerous phone calls throughout the workday.
• Willingness to embrace new challenges and work beyond one's comfort zone.
• Capability to resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Ability to maintain proper, courteous, and helpful telephone etiquette.

• High School Diploma, required.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or the healthcare field, required.
• Experience with Adobe, Microsoft Suite, HubSpot (or other CRM), cloud-based phone systems, video conferencing tools like Zoom, and instant messaging platforms such as Slack, preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
