Clinical Dispatcher – Full-Time, Day Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Communicate effectively with clinical staff at hospitals and Access TeleCare physicians to guarantee timely and efficient patient care.

• Skilled in all responsibilities of a CCC Coordinator.

• Manage incoming consultations through the CCC consultation lifecycle workflows efficiently.

• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to prioritize and assign emergency and non-emergency consultations across multiple service lines.

• Utilize established protocols, workflows, and a computer-aided dispatch system to assess situations and take appropriate actions.

• Test the readiness of computers, cameras, and other related communication equipment.

• Monitor and maintain queues to effectively prioritize and assign consultations to meet or surpass Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Demonstrate service excellence by meeting and exceeding all metrics outlined in the performance index scorecard.

• Exhibit professionalism when engaging with healthcare facilities, physicians, coworkers, and supervisors.

• May be required to be on-call, remain on duty post-shift, and respond to emergency situations at any time.

• Carry out all duties and responsibilities promptly and effectively in accordance with established company policies to fulfill the overall objectives of the CCC and this position.

• Foster a favorable, collaborative, and professional working relationship with all departments to ensure an efficient working environment that achieves the company's mission.

• Keep the immediate supervisor informed of all issues or concerns and take prompt corrective actions as necessary.

• Maintain a positive team spirit and cultivate a positive organizational culture that aligns with company values.

• Other tasks as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is required.

• At least one year of experience in a call center, healthcare, or IT environment.

• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.

• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and communication and collaboration tools across various operating systems.

• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.

• Excellent phone and customer service skills, along with a keen attention to detail.

• Enthusiastic about being at the forefront of healthcare and positively impacting patient lives.

• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.

• Capable of excelling in a remote work setting within a high-growth, fast-paced organization.
