This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitates the adoption and implementation of digital dental and orthodontic solutions by delivering clinical expertise, training, and hands-on support to both customers and internal teams.

• Connects clinical practice with digital technology to promote effective workflows.

• Improves customer experience and fosters commercial growth.

• Interacts with customers to quickly identify the underlying issues they face with software.

• Diagnoses and resolves technical problems to ensure the seamless operation of GC’s digital platforms.

• Conducts software capability walkthroughs and training sessions for customers.

• Assists customers in submitting digital offerings.

• Provides clear guidance and technical support to address complex issues.

• Escalates unresolved matters to the appropriate internal teams.

• Prepares precise and prompt reports.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Support Specialist, ideally within the dental sector.

• Practical experience with Windows/Mac OS environments.

• Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and various tech products.

• Capacity to diagnose and troubleshoot fundamental technical issues.

• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.

• Capability to deliver step-by-step clinical assistance, both in written and verbal forms.

• Additional certification in Microsoft Suite or similar technologies is advantageous.

• A background or knowledge in dental practices is beneficial.

• A bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.), technical dental degree, or equivalent work experience is mandatory.

• May require up to 20% travel for onsite training, conferences, or sales support.
