This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
β’ Maintain an extensive understanding of designated therapeutic areas and the evolving clinical landscape related to our client's clinical trials.
β’ Execute responsibilities concerning territory management and the maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring the accuracy of data.
β’ Enhance disease awareness among targeted physicians and staff, documenting findings accurately within the CRM.
β’ Provide insights from physicians and staff for use in planning and strategic meetings.
β’ Collaborate with both field and internal cross-functional teams.
β’ Establish and coordinate partnerships within the healthcare sector with relevant stakeholders.
β’ Manage the territory independently and travel as necessary to meet targets efficiently.
β’ A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree or clinical license is preferred.
β’ RN, PharmD, PhD, PA, MSN, or DNP qualifications.
β’ Experience in the pharmaceutical field is essential.
β’ Experience in rare diseases is preferred.
β’ Strong clinical communication skills, a keen ability to learn, and excellent relationship-building and presentation skills.
β’ High emotional intelligence with strong resilience and interpersonal skills.
β’ Preferred experience in developing and activating referral networks for clinical trial recruitment.
