Clinical Diabetes Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a Territory Business Leader (TBL) to effectively introduce a groundbreaking insulin pump along with future Sequel products.

• Provide exceptional clinical education and product training for individuals with diabetes and healthcare professionals to enhance product utilization.

• Develop territory strategies and initiatives aimed at achieving or surpassing territory objectives.

• Deliver product education and training to users of Sequel products.

• Encourage healthcare provider adoption and build confidence in Sequel products by highlighting clinical advantages and conducting engaging product demonstrations.

• Certify healthcare professionals to provide product training for individuals living with diabetes.

• Work in conjunction with customer care and sales support to enhance the user experience.

• Oversee all leads and opportunities in the customer relations database on a daily basis and submit required product training documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid professional license in one or more of the following areas: RN, RD, PA, NP, or Pharmacist.

• Certification as a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in coordinating and delivering diabetes education, with strong familiarity in the technical application of diabetes technology preferred.

• For the Senior CDS position: Certification as a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) is highly preferred.

• At least 4 years of clinical diabetes education experience.

• Experience in coordinating and conducting diabetes device education within the medical device sector is preferred.
