Clinical Diabetes Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a Territory Business Leader to effectively introduce cutting-edge insulin pumps and future products.

• Provide exceptional clinical education and product training for individuals with diabetes and healthcare professionals.

• Develop territory strategies and initiatives aimed at achieving or surpassing territory objectives.

• Evaluate referrals for product usage and ensure that all criteria are satisfied.

• Conduct product education and training sessions for users of Sequel products.

• Encourage healthcare provider adoption and build confidence in Sequel products.

• Qualify healthcare providers to deliver product training.

• Work in conjunction with sales support to enhance user experience.

• Engage in educational forums and conventions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid professional license in one or more of the following areas: RN, RD, PA, NP, or Pharmacist.

• Certification as a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) is preferred.

• Over 2 years of experience in coordinating and conducting diabetes education, with significant experience in the technical use of diabetes technology preferred.

• For the Senior CDS position: Certification as a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) is required.

• More than 4 years of experience in clinical diabetes education.

• Experience in coordinating and delivering diabetes device education in the medical device industry is preferred.
